Just a Little Light Fine Photography
Something shines around me, and it seems to my delight...To give me just a little sweetness...Just a little light
Animals
“To consult the rules of composition before making a picture is a little like consulting the law of gravitation before going for a walk.” ― Edward Weston
Animal photography is challenging. Animals rarely sit patiently while the photographer frames the shot, checks the exposure and settles himself to make the shot. When the photographer is #2 on the food chain, the shot is even more difficult.19 Landscapes
“Photography was a license to go wherever I wanted and to do what I wanted to do.” – Diane Arbus.
I have a serious travel bug. My camera gets me out of the house. Sometimes it’s just down the street, and sometimes it’s across the world. Into canyons, across rivers, up mountains and more. And everywhere I go with my camera, I am humbled at the scenes before me, hoping I can capture what my mind sees.Random Views of Life
“There are always two people in every picture: the photographer and the viewer.” – Ansel Adams.
I almost always have a camera with me. It may be as simple as a smart phone, or as complicated as professional gear taking up several bags. The world is filled with beautiful pictures waiting to be taken. These are a collection of my random views of life in which you, the viewer, can see how I, as a photographer, see the world.
